The Scheduling (Appointments) module includes many features to manage time and resources.
Book appointments for Service providers (Clinicians, Nurses, etc.), Theatres, Treatments rooms, and/or pieces of Equipment.
- Create and assign session plans to individuals, groups or to everyone. Each individual can have their own session plan.
- Define session plans that constrain appointment ‘slots’ of different duration and types. You could for example set aside different times of the day for consultation and procedural work.
- Support (or restrict) any number of bookings in a time slot.
- Comprehensive appointment search features including any Clinician any Location, on a given day before and/or after a convenient time in so many days/weeks/months.
- Multiple views (Individual daily and weekly views, Resource (Groups) view, and practicing Locations view).
- Multiple printed day lists options and other comprehensive analysis reports.
- Check attendance history, important alerts and referral duration when booking appointments.
- Track appointment confirmations, reason, plan and priority.
- Audited history of all appointments made, attended and cancelled.
- Fully integrated with the Waiting room module.
The Patient Tracking (Waitroom) module tracks the flow of patients through the practice / facility. Some of the key features are,
- Fast and efficient data entry.
- Patient activity / status is differentiated by colour. This can be set to automatically change to red after the patient has been waiting for an extended length of time. Other colours are used to indicate that a patient is in consultation or undergoing treatment.
- Assign patients to a Resource (usually a clinician) and a Location. Patients can also be linked to an “Any” resource, which indicates that the patient will see the first available doctor.
- Display appointment booking time and patient arrival time.
- Display and record time waiting, in consultation and in treatment.
- TRIAGE status.
