Totalcare "Dvorak" is an extension module to Totalcare Documents. It adds barcode recognition within scanned images to automatically match and import a document into the identified patient record. Some of the key features of this module are,
- Print Barcode labels incorporating Patient identification and Form type.
- Automated recognition of Patient identification on barcodes supports the automated import of the document into the patient record.
- Automated recognition of Form type on barcodes supports initialisation of document metadata (eg. Consent form, Referral letter, etc.).
- Unrecognised documents are automatically moved to the default scanning folder for manual review and import for a User.
